Previously participated in market operations and new media marketing at a renowned beauty company in Asia, accumulating experience in brand content planning, visual communication, and market data analysis. With a deep understanding of both Chinese and American educational environments, he excels at integrating educational research, curriculum design, and brand operations. With over 8 years of teaching experience in both China and the United States, including instruction in Chinese language, Chinese painting, and English. Holding an International Advanced Chinese Teacher Certification and formal Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language (TCFL) qualifications, I possess over 10 years of front line teaching experience and currently serve as a lead Chinese teacher at multiple schools. I have extensive experience teaching online AP Chinese courses, strictly aligning with the College Board’s 5C standards to systematically cover all question types across listening, speaking, reading, and writing, maintaining a student AP score-5 rate of consistently over 85%. Proficient in the exam syllabus and scoring rubrics, I excel at analyzing past exam papers to implement targeted test-taking strategies, facilitating rapid and efficient score improvements. With nearly four years of overseas Chinese teaching experience, Molly has taught at Bialystok University of Technology in Poland and Maynooth University in Ireland. She also taught children through the UCD Confucius Classroom and received the Outstanding Instructor Award from the UCD Confucius Institute. Molly specializes in cross-cultural Chinese-language education. By incorporating games and digital resources into her lessons, she creates an engaging and supportive environment where children develop an interest in Chinese and communicate with confidence.
